1) Service and wear items to include, but not limited to, the replacement of brake pads, linings and rotor assemblies, clutch plates, steering head bearings, wheel and swing arm bearings, fuses, control cables, drive chain or poly V-belt replacement, exhaust pipes and mufflers for discoloration of finish ,spark plug, light bulbs, tubes and tires, piston and piston rings(on 2 strokes only), and rubber items such as hand grips, foot rests, foot shift and control cable shields ,are not covered;

2) Batteries that exhibit signs of neglect and/or overcharging are not covered ;(Batteries will be warranted for defects in materials or workmanship for 3 months, unlimited miles);

3) Any damage resulting from negligence of the periodic maintenance is not covered;

4) Any damage which results from repair, adjustment or maintenance operations by any methods other than those specified by MOTOPOWER motorcycle is not covered;

5) Any damage which results from hard driving due to a race, rally, or operation in a location not generally used for driving is not covered

6) Any damage which results from use beyond the limitation specified by the MOTOPOWER Motorcycle Owners Manual such as overloading the vehicle, or any damage from the use under abnormal conditions is not covered;

7) Any damage caused when the product is used as a rental vehicle or commercial use is not covered;

8) Any damage which results from non-genuine parts, accessories, fuel, lubricants and fluids not specified by MOTOPOWER Motorcycle is not covered;

9) Any damage which results from modifications made to the product is not covered;

10) Anti-theft alarm systems are not warranted after the first 1,000 kilometers or three months, whichever comes first;

11) Any damage that results from the passage of time (natural fading of painted surfaces, plated surfaces, sheet peeling and other deterioration) is not covered;

12) Any damage due to improper storage of time or transportation is not covered;

13) Any damage which results from repair, service and/or inspections performed by any person or company other than a MOTOPOWER Motorcycle Dealer or any reputable motorcycle repair shop is not covered;

14) Any damage which results from unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, and second damages based on any of these occurrences is not covered;

15) Incidental or additional expenses incurred for making any claims such as those for towing, communications, hotels and meals, as well as any losses during maintenance period, such as loss of time, loss of business and rental car expenses are not covered.

16) Scheduled periodic services and inspection fees are not covered;

17) Warranty on engine will not apply for second and/or subsequent owners.
